When we are your new home builder, you will meet first with our design consultant. You will see many examples from our extensive gallery, of custom designs that we have constructed for our many satisfied customers. Our designer will learn about you and your family, your lifestyle, and your desires for what you need in the perfect home. The designer will get a solid grasp on the architectural style that pleases you and also suits your needs best.

As a new home builder, we listen to you:

• You may like the charm of a center hall colonial on the outside, but you may want a very open floor plan on the interior.
• You may desire a large deck but your spouse may be a gardener and would like the rear property for their own creativity.

As your new home builder, preliminary drawings are completed by our architects, who are members of the American Institute of Architects. After you have approved the plans, our new construction teams, led by an experienced foreman, get to work. Our company will handle all phases of the project including:

• Obtaining all construction permits that are required prior to commencement.
• Site preparation including sanitary systems and water connection.
• Basement (when possible) and foundation construction.
• Framing by our team or experienced framers.
• Plumbing connection to meter and pipes to kitchen, baths, laundry and outdoors.
• Electrical. Connection to meter, installation of panel and breakers, wiring, boxes and framing for lighting and other applications
• Windows and doors.
• Siding or exterior brick, stone or masonry for walls
• Roofing
• Sheetrock
• Finished carpentry interior and exterior
• Exterior and interior masonry
• Final exterior grading and landscaping including planting and laying sod.
• Acquisition of the Certificate of Occupancy after final inspection and satisfaction of all environmental requirements.
